    LEED Exam Passing Guarantee

    Our greatest goal is to ensure you truly learn and pass your LEED credentialing exam on your first attempt in order to actively apply green building and LEED principles in real life. We are so confident in our unique teaching method, we guarantee all exam prep students will earn their LEED certification after completing one of our complete exam prep packages.

    Any student who successfully completes one of our "complete exam prep" is backed by the Projectific Passing Guarantee. If a student completes a complete exam prep package and fails the exam within 30 days of completing the course, we will provide a full refund excluding the cost of the study guide that is mailed to the customer. Below is a list of our complete exam prep packages:

    The exact amount of the refund will equal to the total purchase price of the complete exam prep minus the cost of the study guide.

    To initiate the refund, the customer should provide the electronic score report (which is emailed to the test taker by GBCI/Prometric after taking the test) showing the test date and confirmation number by sending an email to customercare@projectific.com. The name of the customer on the electronic score report should exactly match the name on the Projectific account.

    Engineering & Surveying Exam Passing Guarantee

    A practice exam that doesn't mimic the actual exam is worthless. Ours are built question by question against the current exam specifications and the referenced standards, so the format, difficulty, and coverage match what you face on exam day. If you complete our practice exams, pass the final test, and still fail your exam, we will issue you a 100% refund of your purchase price.

    Which products are covered

    The guarantee applies to all Projectific practice exam products for NCEES engineering and surveying licensure exams.

    How to qualify

    1. Complete every full-length practice exam included in your product within your active subscription period.
    2. Achieve a passing score on the final practice exam.
    3. Sit for the corresponding exam within 30 days of completing the final practice exam.
    4. Receive a failing result on that attempt.

    How to claim your refund

    Email customercare@projectific.com with your official results notification showing the exam name and exam date. The name on the results notification must match the name on your Projectific account exactly. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your result.

    Terms

    The refund equals the full purchase price of the practice exam product.
